Famous Will – one of the favourite bands from last year’s Bonnie Doon Music Festival will be playing in the Courtyard at the Delatite on Friday this week.

Geelong based band “Famous Will” are a 5 piece Country / Folk outfit who you don’t want to miss.

They have had the pleasure of playing alongside some world class Country acts such as American touring artists Kristina Olsen, John McCutcheon & Australia’s own Mick Thomas (Weddings Parties Anything).  Early 2013, the band received the Geelong Folk Club’s “Rick Merrigan Upcoming Folk Artist of the year,” performed at Port Fairy Folk Festival & were presented with Maton’s “Emerging Artist of the Year” award.
With this list of achievements from Victorian Battle of the bands winner, Torrent This Emerging Artist of the year award, Queenscliff music festivals foot in the door competition winner, to debuting on National Radio & Television all in the bands debut year, who knows what they’ll do next!
